service misses the mark
spacious roommissing toothbrushdisappearing bell boy
the rooms were spacious and clean enough.
i had some issues that really took away from the experience. for starters , i requested a toothbrush from the front desk no less than three times, and it was like my requests just disappeared into thin air. also , during checkout , the bell boy almost put our luggage back into a room , and then vanished when our car arrived.

the service was excellent, very professional and attentive. the olympic-length pool was kept in pristine condition. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of choices.

The gym had modern equipment and was very clean. It featured multiple treadmills and weight machines. i observed a very serene infinity swimming pool. the pool looked very well-kept.

the room included many bathroom amenities! the front office team was efficient and polite. i loved the mangrove facing rooms.
i found some issues in the shamiana. labels for starters were missing. i couldn't figure out which one was for vegetarians! the pineapple pulav had almost no flavor of pineapple. the rice was also not fully cooked

I appreciated the attentive service i received at the restaurants. The staff addressed all my dietary modifications with care and precision. the welcome was warm and efficient. They quickly showed me to my room. i also liked the hotel's commitment to eco-friendly practices. They reuse and recycle materials.
The minibar summary wasn't readily available during check-out. I had to calculate it myself for the front desk.

Quiet Getaway

The staff upgraded our room to a beautiful mangrove-facing suite. It had an interconnecting room right across the hall. They organized cake and balloons for the birthday celebration. The surprise gift at checkout was thoughtful. The housekeeping team ensured we were well taken care of .
The room service menu listed basmati rice with the goan fish curry, but it was served with brown rice. It was not a deal breaker, but such mistakes are unexpected at a hotel of this caliber.
